With the start of the NFL season getting closer, could Green Bay Packers defensive tackle, Kenny Clark, make his first All-Pro team?
There is a lot of excitement surrounding the Green Bay Packers heading into 2024, and for good reason. The 2023 season was a big success, as it appears like the Packers have found their next great quarterback for a decade in Jordan Love.
As the Packers look to take a step forward this season, their young core will have to continue to develop, and their defense will need to improve a bit. One of the leaders on the defensive side of the ball is defensive tackle, Kenny Clark.
Clark is one of the best defensive players on the team, and recently was named a player that could make his first All-Pro team by PackersTalk.com. Here’s what they had to say about Clark.
As an impending free agent, it would behoove Clark to have an All-Pro season to help secure a bigger contract, but competition at the defensive tackle position will make it tough. Clark is one of the best pass-rushers from the position, and if he can record double-digit sacks or close to it, he will have a shot to make his first All-Pro team.
If Clark is going to have an All-Pro season for the Packers, that will certainly help the Packers have a strong season in 2024.
