The Green Bay Packers have gone through a crazy offseason full of rumors and speculation about the future of their franchise. Aaron Rodgers was expected by many to be traded during the NFL Draft following the report that he never wanted to play another down for the Packers, but that didn’t end up happening. Now, he is holding out of mandatory practices and his future with the team still remains unknown.

While many are on Rodgers’ side over his frustrations with the Packers’ front office, there is one NFL analyst who is calling out the reigning MVP.

Emmanuel Acho, a former NFL player himself, blasted Rodgers in a segment on Speak For Yourself. He detailed how Rodgers is actually being petty during this entire situation.

What are the main issues between the Packers and Rodgers at this point in time? Quite simply, there are two main problems that have been reported.

The first problem is that the Packers decided to trade up in the 2020 NFL Draft to select quarterback Jordan Love. Rodgers did not like the move to select Love. He doesn’t feel like Green Bay is committed long-term to him, even though the franchise has publicly stated numerous times that he is their quarterback for now and the future.

Secondly, Rodgers was not happy when the Packers decided to release wide receiver Jake Kumerow a couple years back. The move to release Kumerow came just hours after Rodgers heaped praise publicly on the wideout. That is an understandable frustration, but not one that should lead to this kind of rift.

All of that being said, no one truly knows the entire problem between Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. We only hear one side or the other of the situation. Hopefully, this can be fixed, but if not, Jordan Love will have his chance to shine as the new starting quarterback for Green Bay.
