Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has been the center of attention for the team this offseason. He is also garnering a lot of attention in Fantasy Football circles.

Jordan Love blew away all expectations in his first season as a starter. After a rocky start, he was able to help the Packers make the postseason as the final Wild Card team in the NFC.

They announced their presence as an up-and-coming team by throttling the Dallas Cowboys 48-32 during Super Wild Card Weekend. The San Francisco 49ers defeated them in the Division Round, but Green Bay gave them everything they could handle.

Heading into 2024, expectations are on the rise for the young Packers quarterback. In 2023, he completed 64.2 percent of his passes for 4,159 yards with 32 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

From Week 11 through the remainder of the season, Jordan Love took his game to another level. Over the final 10 games, he threw for 23 touchdowns and only three interceptions.

He played like one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL for the last few months. Matt Schneidman of The Athletic is expecting more of the same, as he believes Jordan Love will be a Fantasy Football differencemaker in 2024.

“Not only has Love grown off the field, but his growth on it could lead to an even more prolific season. Amassing 4,500 passing yards and 35 touchdowns, along with 300 rushing yards and five rushing scores, isn’t out of the question,” Schneidman wrote.

With training camps opening around the NFL this week, a lot of attention will be on Jordan Love. Not only will Fantasy Football managers be keeping a close eye, but Packers fans will too.

As things currently stand, Jordan Love still has not worked out a contract extension with the team. There was optimism a deal would get done before training camp, but time is ticking on that soft deadline.

If a deal is not done, we may not see the Utah State product in camp at the onset. That would leave Sean Clifford and Michael Pratt to handle all of the first team reps.
