The Green Bay Packers will be looking to keep their strong start to the season going when they face off with the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2. The Packers picked up an impressive victory over the Chicago Bears in Week 1, 38-20.

The Falcons also picked up a victory over a divisional foe in Week 1, defeating the Carolina Panthers 24-10. This is expected to be one of the tighter games of the week, as the spread is tied for the shortest along with the Indianapolis Colts vs. Houston Texans.

Getting off to a 2-0 start would be great for both teams, as they would also pick up an important head-to-head tiebreaker over the other. With how wide open the NFC is looking, they would make a run at Wild Card spots and tiebreakers will be important for seeding.

In some ways, the Packers and Falcons are both similar. They are both relying on an inexperienced quarterback to lead their respective teams with Jordan Love for Green Bay and Desmond Ridder for Atlanta. How they get the most out of them, however, is very different.

The Packers have opened things up for Love, who has the full playbook at his disposal. Their offensive line is an elite pass-blocking group, enabling big plays to be made. The Falcons would run the ball every play of the game if they could, as Ridder is the definition of a game manager right now.

That presents interesting challenges for the respective defenses and intriguing matchups to keep an eye on. Whoever can take advantage of the matchups will give themselves a leg up against their opponent.
